Both the M60 and Manchester Road were closed, impacting traffic flow near the area.
The National Highways confirmed the reopening of the M60 in both directions after the police-led incident was resolved. However, travelers were cautioned to expect 15-minute delays in the area and plan their journeys accordingly.
Prior to the reopening, a spokesperson from the Bee Network had warned of potential delays, reiterating the closures on the M60 and Manchester Road. Travelers were urged to exercise patience and consider alternate routes to reach their destinations smoothly.
