Sky has made a surprising announcement by bringing back the beloved Sky One channel. This popular platform is set to return to screens later this month after being closed down in 2021. Sky promises that the relaunch will feature exciting comedy and entertainment shows, including new programs like The Dyers’ Caravan Park and Gemma Collins: Four Weddings and a Baby.

Fans can look forward to the return of favorites such as Rob & Romesh Vs., The Paper, and Ted, all available on channel 106. Additionally, Sky One will debut Saturday Night Live UK later this year. The reestablished channel will replace Sky Showcase and Sky Max, consolidating a range of entertainment offerings in one convenient location for viewers to discover must-watch content easily.

Carli Kerr, Managing Director of Sky TV & NOW, stated, “Our aim is to simplify the viewing experience for Sky TV customers and enhance their enjoyment of favorite shows.” With a focus on the iconic legacy of Sky One, the channel will be a unique destination featuring new Sky Originals like The Dyers’ Caravan Park, returning hits like Rob & Romesh Vs., and serving as the home of the much-anticipated Saturday Night Live UK.

Curious about when you can tune in? Sky One launches on channel 106 on Tuesday, February 24.
