PS Plus subscribers have experienced a mix of ups and downs throughout 2025, with Essentials members enjoying a selection of top-notch games. While the higher-tier Extra and Premium options have left some gamers wanting more, the PS Plus Essentials tier has delivered impressive titles like Lies of P, Alan Wake 2, and Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

Fans are eagerly anticipating the unveiling of the December 2025 PlayStation Plus Essentials lineup by Sony. This batch will include three games for both PS4 and PS5, set to be revealed at 4:30 pm GMT on November 26 (8:30 am PDT / 11:30 EDT for US viewers, and 5:30 pm CET for European subscribers).

Although the new PS Plus Essentials lineup will be announced today, the games will not be available for download and play until December 2. This delay provides an extra week for players to add the current lineup to their PlayStation libraries, which currently feature games like Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator for November 2025.

Speculations are circulating about potential additions to the December lineup, with All Out Gaming reporting that South Park Snow Day or LEGO Horizon Adventures from Sony could be included. Other games mentioned in the predictions include Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, Lords of the Fallen, Hades, Atomic Heart, and Resident Evil.

Furthermore, titles like System Shock, Soul Reaver 1+2 Remastered, No Man’s Sky, and many others are also part of the gaming landscape. Stay tuned for more updates on the upcoming PlayStation Plus Essentials lineup.
