Oscar Pistorious has found himself infatuated with his new partner, Rita Greyling, with whom he has been seen enjoying time together at a popular all-pink cafe in a posh area of South Africa. Rita, a 33-year-old management consultant and former model, bears a striking resemblance to Pistorius’s late girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, who tragically lost her life at the hands of Pistorius on Valentine’s Day in 2013.

Reports of their relationship surfaced following Pistorius’s release on parole in January 2024, as he seeks to move past his notorious past and lead a quieter life. Witnesses spotted the couple at the trendy Goddess Cafe in Johannesburg, displaying affection towards each other, indicating a deep bond between them.

Pistorius has expressed his desire to put his criminal history behind him and focus on settling down and starting a family after serving a nine-year sentence for Reeva’s murder. Rita, believed to be a longtime acquaintance of Pistorius, has maintained a low-key presence with him.

Since leaving prison, Pistorius has taken up residence in his affluent uncle’s home in Pretoria, and there are indications that he is contemplating a return to competitive sports, having participated in an Ironman triathlon recently. He is making efforts to reintegrate into society gradually, avoiding public attention and opting for a more discreet lifestyle.

Pistorius’s sentence is set to conclude in 2029, and he must adhere to certain lifelong conditions, including therapy sessions. He has reportedly engaged in community service at a local church and faced challenges in securing employment due to his past.

Meanwhile, Reeva’s mother, June Steenkamp, is battling critical health issues in the hospital after a stroke, leading to concerns among her friends that she may struggle to recall memories, including those of her late daughter.
