Sarah Ferguson reportedly borrowed money from Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile, for 15 years and was one of the first to celebrate his release from jail. Recent claims have surfaced regarding Prince Andrew’s former wife, who lost her Duchess of York title after King Charles’ brother announced he would no longer use his Duke of York title or any honors. Just weeks ago, it was revealed that Fergie sent an email to Epstein in April 2011, referring to him as a “supreme friend” despite previously denouncing him publicly.

Following the email, where Sarah apologized to Epstein for associating him with pedophilia in the media, her spokesperson stated that she sent the email because the disgraced financier threatened to sue her for defamation. This communication came after Sarah had pledged to cut ties with Epstein and apologized for accepting £15,000 from him.

New allegations suggest that Epstein complained to friends about Sarah asking him for money beyond the initial £15,000 she admitted receiving. Emails obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that Fergie eagerly celebrated Epstein’s release from jail and even traveled to the US with her two daughters at the time. Princess Beatrice was 20 and Princess Eugenie was 19, the same age as some of Epstein’s victims, during that period.

Epstein, who served a 13-month sentence for soliciting prostitution and soliciting prostitution with a minor, was released in July 2009. Despite being on house arrest for a year, he traveled frequently before being arrested again in 2019 on federal sex trafficking charges and subsequently dying by suicide in jail. Reports about Sarah’s relationship with Epstein are said to be part of a collection of documents being reviewed by the US Congress, set for release after redaction to protect victims’ identities.

Allegedly, the emails reveal that Fergie requested to borrow $50,000 to $100,000 from Epstein for “small bills” and also sought to visit his private island. It is claimed that Epstein settled some of Sarah’s debts but grew upset when she failed to repay him as promised. Additionally, Fergie reportedly kept in touch with Epstein, allowed him to assist in setting up a charity, and received “talking points” from him before an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

A source mentioned that Sarah and Prince Andrew distanced themselves from Epstein after his conviction, but Epstein eventually cut ties with them due to Sarah’s constant financial requests. In response to the surfaced 2011 email, Sarah’s spokesperson reiterated her remorse for the association with Epstein and her condemnation of his actions. The Mirror has reached out to Sarah Ferguson’s representatives for comment.
