Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai, an influencer, has shared her ambition to pursue a career in professional golf as she accompanies her grandfather at the Ryder Cup today. The 18-year-old has already secured lucrative deals exceeding $1 million. Earlier, she was seen leaving the White House with Trump via his Marine One helicopter en route to the Bethpage Black Course in New York, where the tournament is taking place. Kai, the oldest grandchild of Trump, has been making significant strides off the golf course, signing partnerships valued at over $1 million with brands like Accelerator Active Energy, Leaf Trading Cards, and TaylorMade Golf before commencing her studies at the University of Miami this fall to join the university’s golf team.

With a substantial social media following of more than six million fans across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, Kai’s name, image, and likeness (NIL) value is estimated at around $1.2 million (£895,000). This places her among the top female student-athlete earners, alongside figures like LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne and basketball player Flaujae Johnson. Kai gained further public attention after delivering a speech at the previous year’s Republican National Convention.

In a recent interview with Fox News in July, Kai expressed her aspirations of turning professional in golf. She emphasized her dedication to utilizing her time efficiently on the course, focusing on training, strength-building in the gym, and playing more rounds to enhance her skills. Kai acknowledged the opportunity provided by Miami University and expressed eagerness to leverage it in her preparation for a professional career.
