A captivating and addictive game that has been exclusive to Xbox is now making its way to the Nintendo Switch, just a few months after its initial release. Little Rocket Lab, a unique RPG and factory automation blend, is breaking its exclusivity with Xbox and is set to launch on Nintendo Switch on December 10, perfect timing for the upcoming holiday season.

Despite only hitting digital shelves in early October, the game has already garnered a dedicated fan base due to its engaging gameplay. Players are immersed in the story of a young engineer named Morgan, who embarks on a mission to build a rocket ship while simultaneously renovating her childhood home into a factory. Starting small, Morgan progresses through the game by exploring, gathering resources, and strategically planning each stage of the project.

In addition to factory construction, players also have the opportunity to build relationships with NPCs in a charming village, as reported by All Out Gaming. The game has captivated players, with many Reddit users admitting to being addicted to its gameplay.

One Reddit user confessed to staying up all night playing the game’s demo, emphasizing the addictive nature of the gameplay with the combination of town restoration and factory building. Another player echoed the sentiment, expressing their addiction and seeking help.

The game’s aesthetic and character designs have also received praise from players, with one user complimenting the adorable visuals and interactions within the game.

Developed by Teenage Astronauts, Little Rocket Lab will be available on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 starting December 10. While the reason for the delayed launch on these platforms remains unclear, the extra time taken by the publisher, No More Robots, is hoped to ensure a smooth and bug-free gaming experience.

For those interested in experiencing Little Rocket Lab on their Switch or Switch 2, pre-orders are now open on the Nintendo Online Store for £15.99.
