Virgin Media customers in the UK are receiving a beneficial free upgrade called Smart Support. This new service, now being introduced nationwide, provides around-the-clock assistance to ensure smooth operation throughout the year.
Smart Support is designed to automatically monitor broadband performance and offer immediate help to users facing speed or connectivity issues. By promptly identifying problems, users receive instant guidance to resolve issues and prevent disruptions that can affect online activities like streaming or remote work.
Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely fix issues overnight, minimizing disruptions during the day by applying updates or repairs while customers are asleep. In cases where a customer may require enhanced WiFi coverage, the service can recommend upgrades like WiFi Pods or Hubs, with the option for customers to schedule an engineer visit at no extra charge for more severe issues.
