Reflecting on the moment he informed Victoria about the project, Sir David mentioned that she was not thrilled as they had recently refurbished their home in Holland Park. Nevertheless, as the transformation of the dilapidated Oxfordshire barns progressed, Sir David rushed to complete the renovations before Victoria and the children arrived to see it for the first time.
Upon Victoria’s emotional reaction upon entering the revamped barns, Sir David described waiting at the front door with a glass of wine, witnessing her overwhelmed reaction to the new property. Apart from their Cotswolds barns, the Beckhams have resided in various other luxurious properties, including their Grade II-listed mansion in Holland Park and residences in Miami.
