“London Massage Therapist Arrested for Sexual Assault”

London authorities have announced the arrest and charging of a local massage therapist for sexual assault, suspecting there may be additional unreported victims. The investigation was initiated after a report on July 30 by a victim alleging assault during a treatment session the day before. Subsequent to the arrest of 47-year-old Christian Javier Gutierrez, two more individuals have come forward with similar allegations, leading to three additional charges of sexual assault against Gutierrez. The therapist voluntarily surrendered to authorities and made a court appearance in London, being released pending a future court date slated for later this month. Operating a massage practice in the city center, Gutierrez’s case has been reported to the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
