Despite facing challenges, Lily opened up to British Vogue about her struggles with possible relapses into substance abuse and unhealthy eating habits. Having been sober for six years, Lily described the overwhelming despair she felt during the breakup but chose to confront her emotions without resorting to destructive coping mechanisms.
